Refund Policy
At RICCO, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of the product being delivered.
Requirements for requesting a refund:
The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
The refund must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
How to request a refund?
1. Email us at info@riccoproject.com  with the subject line: Refund Request - Order Number #XXXX.
2. Briefly tell us the reason for the return. We value your feedback.
3. We will reply within 2 to 3 working days with instructions on how to complete the process.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the product, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If so, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Non-refundable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Shipping costs
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.
