Delivery Policy

At RICCO, we want your experience to be as smooth as possible, from the moment you place your order until you receive it at home. Here’s everything you need to know about our deliveries:

Where do we deliver?

We deliver throughout mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Andorra.

We also ship to Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands and France.

Processing and delivery times

The estimated delivery time for orders is 24–48 hours.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders at weekends or on public holidays.

Shipping costs

Free for orders over €50.

For orders below this amount, the delivery charge is €4.50 (mainland Spain and Andorra) and €5.90 (Balearic Islands).

For all other destinations (France, Italy, Portugal and the Netherlands), the delivery charge is €8.50.

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can see where your parcel is at all times.

Delays or issues

If your order is delayed or there is a problem with delivery, we will investigate the matter to provide a solution as soon as possible.

Please ensure you enter your address correctly. If the order cannot be delivered due to an error in the details, the cost of a second delivery will be borne by the customer.
